Located on the edge of Big Lake in the beautiful Skagit County, the Big Lake Church of the Nazarene stands as a beacon of faith and hope. Founded as American Sunday School in 1922, the church has served as a centerpiece to the community welcoming one and all to worship and celebrate with one another in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Big Lake Nazarene Church is easy to locate as it is just off of highway 9 near Mount Vernon as well as Sedro-Woolley. Sunday services include worshiping through music as well as a bible based messages delivered by pastor Dennis Spinnie. As a church, we aspire to make Jesus known in the community and shine the light of Jesus throughout the lives of all those we come into contact with. Anyone is welcome to join us for services and get involved in the various activities we provide for the community. If for no other reason, come for the free donuts and coffee!

Community coffee time
Community Coffee Time is now meeting every other Thursday at 7:30 a.m. It is a chance to catch up with neighbors and friends face to face while making new friends along the way. Come and drop in. Next one will be April 2, 16 and 30; May 14 and 28; and June 11 and 25.
Highway Clean-up
On April 11, at 8 am, we will be cleaning the two mile stretch of Highway 9 that we are responsible for through the WA Highway Department.
